WOYWW - My First Submission

Hi, guys! Short post today. I decided to join in at WOYWW and show you what is on my desk.  This is a feature done on Wednesday and everyone shares what they are working on with a snap shot of their work space.

Tonight I am working on my January Tag for the 12 Tags of 2013 by Tim Holtz.  You can see the desk is loaded with distress inks, stains and various other goodies.  My hands look extremely inky to say the least!

I am asked often what my desk looks like when I am creating things.  Now you know!

Until next time!

Hi Winnie,
Thanks for the get well wishes for my daughter Hannah. I think she is already fed up with being on the crutches!!!! Great that you've decided to join us all on WOYWW, it's good to see everyones projects from week to week.

I have been looking at a few of your posts and that craft room of yours!!!! Wow. Do you think you should'nt do any crafting so that you can keep it wonderfully tidy as it is now!!! I only mine was like that...I can never find what I want and the very thing I am looking for always seems to be hiding somewhere!!!
Enjoy that fab room and I hope to catch up with you next time to see how you're doing.

Have a great week

Hey there Winnie! Thanks for dropping by my blog...welcome to WOYWW, it's addictive and great fun!
I spy a lot of steam punk goodies on your desk, which I LOVE! What is it about cogs and gears that hit the spot? Is that a ribbon with gears on as well? Never seen that before.
So now you've got to return next week and show the resulting artwork!!
Hugs, LLJ 36 xxxx

Hi Winnie! Thanks for stopping by Shack Scraps I love Tim Holtz stuff! I don't have any distress inks but they were super ubber fun to play with when I did a demo at Michael's in Columbia MO. I used to work there and demos were the most fun. Can't wait to see how your tags turn out!

Hi Winie, and welcome to WOYWW - grat to see you here! Love your TH tags, the use of the cream on that Kraft stock is lovely, so rich. Your desk doesn't look too firightening to me, in fact, I'd say you work in a fairly orderly fashion!

Actually your desk is not that bad! I do most of my card making on my dining room table (so I can watch TV) and the table is a disaster! I have about a 12 inch square area that is clear enough to do my work. ;) I love all those gears and things.
