WOYWW #276 - House Mouse Birthday

Since today is Wednesday, I am sharing what is on my desk with you.  I am currently working on birthday cards for my father-in-law and my father this week.  Today I just finished my father-in-law's card using a fun House Mouse stamp.  That mouse sure looks happy and content.  Makes me wish I had some cake!

I thought I would share Cal's card with you! I am looking forward to celebrating him on his 89th birthday!

Thank you Julia for this desk hopping fun!  I look forward to seeing what you are all up to this week!  If you haven't joined in, I would love for you to!  Visit Julia and add the link to your desk! You will have a lot of fun, and meet some fabulous people!

Until next time!

Welcome Baby Jackson Liam

Hi, guys! Today I made a card to welcome my friend Alysia's new baby boy.  For this card I used a House Mouse image that I love.

Supplies:
Stamps: House Mouse
Ink: Memento Black, Distress Ink
Paper: Gina K Designs, DCWV
Misc.: Copic Markers, Papertrey Ink Buttons, Ribbon

The tiny mice in the baby shoes always make me smile, and I hope this card makes Alysia smile.

Making cards for new babies is a favorite occasion for me.  It is such a happy time and you can use such sweet colors and adorable images and sentiments.

Have a great day!  Until the next time I get my fingers inky!

Crocus - Spring Is Almost Here!

Hi, guys! Spring is on its way! I have spotted 2 crocuses sprouting up in my front flower bed. Each year when I see them, I become very happy knowing the cold is nearly behind us. I thought I would share a card I did which celebrates this happy flower.

Supplies:
Stamps: House Mouse
Ink: Memento Tuxedo black
Paper: Stampin' Up, Gina K White
Misc. Copic markers

I really enjoyed making this card, as I love to color. It brings out the inner child in me. Why don't you pick up a marker, crayon or colored pencil, and give it a try? I bet it will make you smile.

Have a great day! Hope you find a few moments in your day to do what you love!
