I used a fun die cut from Tim Holtz Alterations line and used red stickles to make the heart shine. The ribbon was made by using tissue tape as Tim demonstrated. What a fun way to make your own ribbon!
I ended up giving my tag to my husband on Valentine's Day with his gift and card. I promised myself this year I would share them instead of just keeping them all for myself!
