These cards were fun to make.  I love using the vintage papers from Tim Holtz's line and I love digging out the set from Darcie's each year because I just adore that bunny.  I can't resist how cute he is.  I try to remember how much I love bunnies when I am trying to get them out of my tulips each Spring.  It is a losing cause.  My tulips come up and open, and in a few minutes their heads are gone, and contented bunnies are rolling around with full stomachs.  It is funny when I write this, but trust me - I long to see my tulips last at least a day. I have given up the fight; instead I have hung a sign on my door which reads PLANT A GARDEN - FEED A BUNNY.

Have a Happy Easter and Passover to all those observing.

I absolutely love your attitude towards the bunny problem : Plant a Garden - Feed a Bunny!

I'm sorry about your tulips, but the story did make me laugh. Nothing like starting the day with a smile on your face.

Just a tip, you can plant the tulip bulbs in a big pot and place them inside your house. Then you'll at least see them grow for longer then one day.

Good luck and enjoy your day!

At least you get to see them open, my groundhog (who has been named George) eats them as soon as the shoots pop up. I have given up also. Now I hang all my flowers, which the birds just love to make nests in....lol

Thanks for leaving such a nice comment on my blog, have a great weekend.

These are adorable Winnie!

I'm so glad that you found me and I found you! My mother loves making cards, although after she had Victor and I and started homeschooling us, she hasn't been very active in making cards anymore, except for the occasional one. I love it when she makes cards, and will be showing her yours so she'll be inspired. (:

So pretty, I especially love the Tim Holtz ones. Your's are gorgeous!

I know what you mean about the bunnies, I had to give up on tulips because of the deer. I love watching them, but I sure wish I could have tulips! The first year I moved into my house in 1979, I bought $35 worth, which was really a lot in those days, and the first spring, the deer ate every one of them, as well as a lot of other stuff I bought, including little bushes.
Bunnies and deer are really fun to watch, but I wish they didn't think of our plants as salads!
