Hi, guys! Hope you are having a good day. The weather here in NYC is turning nice and warm, a sure sign that Communion, Confirmation and Graduation season is upon us. I was asked to make a card for a co-worker's nephew's First Holy Communion. I was asked to personalize it for the boy and add his name. It was a lot of fun to make and I hope Franco has a beautiful day. Here is the card:
Supplies:
Paper: Papertrey Ink
Stamps: Catholic Rubber Stamps, Stampin' Up
Ink: Memento Black Ink, Copic Markers
Misc.: Small hole punch, Pop Dots, Large Scallop Nestabilities
This year my family has 3 First Holy Communions we will be celebrating. My twin nephews in Ohio, and a niece here on Long Island will be receiving the sacrament in the upcoming weeks. I can't wait to start making cards for each of them.
Hope you have a great day, and hope you find some time in the day to do something you love.

Such a sweet card.
That is a beautiful card! My son is also making his 1st communion and I'd love to make a card like this. Where did you get the image?
what a nice card you made!
This is a great card. I'm sure your co-worker's nephew will like it. It's so nice to see communion cards...not too many sets out there specific for this reason. Thanks for sharing your creativity with us!
What a precious memento.
Wow- that's an absolutely beautiful card. You've given him an absolute treasure by investing your time in it as much as you clearly have. I look forward to seeing more of your work as I look around here. Thank you very, very much for leaving a comment on my poem 'What's the Point'. I am sorry for your loss, but pleased that you honour his memory with smiles now.
Best wishes,
Casey
This is very nice. I've never seen a stamp for a first communion. It's good to know they exist. I'm sure your co-worker's nephew will enjoy his card.
Very sweet card. Sure to be saved for years to come. Lisa
This is so sweet. They will love it.
I can see why this is so popular.
