WOYWW #219 - Tag Preparation

Hi, guys! Hope the week has been treating you well! It is Wednesday, so I am sharing what is on my work desk!  Thank you to Julia for all the desk hopping (and snooping) fun!

Today you will see that my desk is currently covered with supplies.  I am planning my monthly Tim Holtz tag, and before I begin each month, I root through my Ranger and Tim supplies and try and formulate how to begin.  This month he focused on masking, and used his travel stamps - which I happened to have!

My tag is still being kicked around in my head, but I have an idea that I hope to start working on tomorrow.   Currently I am digging through my Tim Holtz tool box I put together to see what embellishments I will be adding, etc.

I will share the tag here as I always do when I am finished.

Looking forward to visiting with you today, and hope you have a great day!  Until next time!

Is it wrong that the color scheme of the stamps black, pink and white reminds me of punk rock?

you're so organized.
love the inadvertent colors of pink, black and white. it feels punk rock to me which is awesome.

Happy WOYWW Winnie!

You have some lovely TH stash, really lovely!

The white horse is the Westbury White Horse in Wiltshire, there are quite a few of them, and more in Dorset. It is an ancient monument, but needs a bit of modern help to keep it looking nice.

The eBosser is great, I hope you love yours. I just found there were so many things I couldn't do and Craftwell were not listening to me, so I hope the plywood platforms will solve all the problems and I will have to tell the world if they do!
Sooty is lovely, Alfie is more Shaun's dog, but is also quite nervous of my craft room in case I drop stuff! Sooty is not so wary!

Thanks for visiting.

Hi Winnie,

I lived in Colorado for a few years; I was working at Rocky Flats between Denver and Boulder. The mystery series is set in a fictional town but is based on Fort Collins. I just finished the last book and the next one is due to be published in June, 2014. I'm glad as I really need to focus on other things!

You have quite a supply of TH things! I have a few of his stamp sets and some dies/embossing folders. It's been a while since I've done any stamping though.

Thank you for visiting me already. I knew it probably wouldn't be until today that I managed time to get around to desks.

Happy WOYWW
Cheers,

Will be eager to see what you come up with! I have a smaller (seemingly just sold at Michael's)set that contains an airplane and compass, so I think those will feature heavily on my tag this month. Seeing your black tags makes me think of the chalkboard look that is so trendy in scrapbooking right now. Happy WOYWW! ~ Laura the Bookworm (who is just visiting this week -- no time to post!)
