Turning Tomatoes into Turkey Meatball Parmigiana

Hi, guys! My garden is really starting to yield a lot of herbs and veggies now.  I cannot keep up with the tomatoes! This year the crop has been fabulous.  I have been making a lot of tomato sauces and stewed veggies.

This weekend I decided to use a big batch of tomatoes and turn them into this:

Turkey Meatball Parmigiana

It was so delicious, and tasted even better since I slowed down and had dinner in my garden with my husband!

Do you have a veggie garden?  If you don't, I highly recommend you try planting an herb garden or a pot of tomatoes next year.  Start small, and I bet you will love having these yummy goodies at your fingertips.

Have a great day!

Oh your tomatoes looked lovely Winnie, I love what you made with them and looks like you enjoyed with a nice glass of wine too.
We didn't grow any this year and really miss them.. French beans are our main crop this year.
I bet your tomato sauce is tasty too.. have a great week..Gill x

Yum!!! Your tomatoes crop looks stupendous and that Turkey Meatball Parmigiana truly looks mouthwatering. I can't think of a better way to share the fruits of your labor than with your spouse. You table setting looks very romantic too. Blessings!

Yummo!! What a beautiful post! And yummy food to boot :) No garden here, sadly - the last one we created, the doggies would swipe all the food off the vines, not sure why ...we saw one running across the yard tossing a tiny watermelon up in the air! LOL!
