For this first one, I was asked to make a card for a mutual friend, Ruth. I used Memory Box Typewriter dies to cut out her name.
The next card is for my friend Erich's parents. They live out of state, so I thought the "Thinking of you" sentiment would be a nice touch.
Supplies (For Both)
Stamps: Stampin' Up, Hero Arts
Paper: Watercolor Paper, Gina K, Stampin' Up
Ink: Stampin' Up, Distress Ink
Misc.: Faber-Castell Gelatos, Stampin' Up Mister, Tonic Distress Tool, Buttons, Ribbon, Memory Box Typewriter Dies
If I am doing painting, watercoloring, or other involved stamping, I really like to make more than one panel. It is great being able to get two cards done in one sitting, and both having their own personal touches.
I am really looking forward to Thanksgiving next week after making all these cards! Hoping you are enjoying your day!

I love the second one. Somehow the words, "Thinking of you," just stood out.
I'd love to try something like this but fear I'll end up with more paint on me than the card (I really am that terrible when it comes to paints).
I think you should produce an arts and crafts thing on youtube! :D
This is a beautiful fall card, Winnie...looks like my yard (front & back) right now with the massive amount of leaves everywhere.
Thanks for the congratulations on my daughter's wedding. I hope she and her husband will be very happy for a very long time!
Happy Thanksgiving to you too, my dear blogging friend.
I love your hand stamped papers and the clever ways in which you used them. Your friends are going to love them. Have a blessed Thanksgiving!
Hi, Winnie - could you talk at some point about the type of paper you use, and where you get it? Or - point me to a post where you've talked about that before? Thanks!
Thanks for stoping by my blog for a visit. I love your watercolor leaves on these cards. That is one of my favorite effects!
